New Leaf Employment is an ethical alternative to traditional recruitment agencies, where instead of paying commission packages, any profit is redistributed to provide stabilisation support to our clients as they emerge from diverse and sometimes disadvantaged backgrounds, eager for a second chance at life and hungry for opportunities to prove themselves in the world of work.

We can supply apprentices and labour, sourcing candidates from our registered clients, many of whom completed training and qualifications with The New Leaf Initiative to gain their CSCS card. We work with people, often with barriers to employment, including homelessness, substance addiction, mental health, disabilities, and criminal convictions.

Our service includes the following benefits:

• Risk assessed candidates who have been on a journey with us to stabilise and up-skill before entering employment,
• HR onboarding including right to work checks and employee contracts,
• Payroll, including all tax, pension, NI etc.
