Employer Requirements

• Able to provide the trainee(s) with a high-quality work placement, between 70-240 hours in total duration
• Have at least one planned vacancy or apprenticeship that could be filled by a trainee, if successful on the programme
• Provide PPE, a workplace induction, training plan, on-job training and support for the trainee(s)
• Guarantee of a job interview with written feedback for the trainee at the end of the placement
