The New Leaf Initiative is a local, grass-roots, profit-for-purpose Community Interest Company that supports people with convictions away from crime and into work.

We are award-winning prison to employment specialists based in the West Midlands, operating a unique peer-led model, using our own lived experiences and professional expertise to engage, inspire and progress those furthest from the labour market.

New Leaf offers training and education, sign-posting, work experience and programmes which coach, develop and rehabilitate people.

Construction Training – qualifications enabling you to obtain a CSCS card to gain employment in the Construction sector

Job Club – weekly group sessions focused on gaining employment including CV writing, applications, interviews, and introductions to employers in the region who openly recruit people with convictions
