• Crisis Support - Assistance with securing housing, accessing healthcare, setting up benefits and addressing any urgent needs.
• Clothing - We operate clothing banks at our Birmingham office as well as in Leicestershire, providing essentials to those in need. Thanks to the Clothing Collective, we also offer Charity Gift Cards nationwide, ensuring access to clothing no matter where you're located.
• Foodbank - Our Birmingham office includes a food bank, and as part of the Trussell Trust network we can also issue vouchers to access food banks across the country.
• Money Worries - Help with budgeting, debts, and setting up bank accounts, all of which supports stability.
• Mental Health & Wellbeing - Access to mental health services and support networks to manage personal challenges and stress.
• Addiction Support - Pathways into rehabilitation programmes and ongoing addiction support for those in need.
• Essential Travel Support - We provide bus tickets so that clients can navigate their statutory appointments.
• Phones, sims and data - Our partners at Good Things Foundation fund these, meaning we can help bridge the digital poverty divide.
• Social Reintegration- Family mediation and support to help individuals reconnect with their loved ones and communities. Volunteering, course delivery, work experience placements, employability sessions.
