CSCS Construction Training
For people looking to enter the construction industry and who first need to obtain their five year CSCS card, we offer monthly training to support this, including Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment qualification.
Course Highlights:
Class-Based Learning in an inclusive, structured and supportive environment with two days of learning followed by an exam on day three.
Tutor Support gives full guidance with revision, practice tests, and preparation for success.
Additional social value for learners with complex barriers or in need of additional support
CITB Touchscreen Test with all training included
Success Rates:
84% of our learners pass the Level 1 Health & Safety exam.
92% go on to pass the CITB Touchscreen test, allowing them to apply for their CSCS card.
This course is free of charge for the unemployed, funded by the National Careers Service.
Work-SPace
Our work space offers essential support to job seekers, including:
- CV Creation: Tailored support and templates to build professional, impactful CVs
- Disclosure letter creation: Templates and resources to create an authentic disclosure letter
- Interview Preparation: We provide coaching and mock interviews to help candidates feel confident and ready for any opportunity
- Professional Attire: Through our partnership with Suited4Success, we ensure individuals have the right clothing for interviews
- Employer engagement: Bringing employers into our work-space each month to engage work-ready clients
- Work experience and employment pathways: Working with one of our supportive employers to gain experience in a work environment and secure a job
- Tracking and reporting: We track and report all positive outcomes achieved by our clients, feeding back to our referral partners where necessary

We help individuals enrol in a wide range of courses to suit their aspirations and future career goals, both in person and online, across a variety of industries. Through our referral partners, we support access to qualifications in areas such as:
- Construction (including Plant Operator and Traffic Marshall)
- Rail Safety
- Healthcare, Hospitality, IT, and more
